then pair the regional wines with a gourmet
food selection. These tasty culinary
delights are chose to compliment the wine
selection.

taste better with specific foods. We are not
strict followers of traditional wine-food
pairings, but there are aspects of the wines
which make these traditional rules very
useful. What you will get is
