Two Sisters and a Brother catering specializes in fine gourmet catering - exquisite cocktail parties, elegant dinner parties and special events. We carefully plan the menu for your event to take full advantage of the season's finest produce and where possible, utilize Ohio and local farmers. The menu items are all made from scratch, including our own pastries and breads. The presentations are elegant and compliment the first class food.

Elizabeth LaVigne, sister number one, received her culinary training at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California - the heart of Napa Valley. Elizabeth worked at Greystone, the Culinary Academy's restaurant in wine country, Pinot Blanc, a preeminent Napa Valley restaurant, and Tara, a gourmet's dream in St. Helena. Elizabeth also worked with a San Francisco Bay area catering firm and was the former Pastry Chef at Playhouse Square's Ciao Cucina.

Mary LaVigne-Butler, sister number two, received her culinary training at Peter Kump's New York Cooking School in New York City. Mary worked at Daniel Boulud's New York restaurant, Cafe Boulud. She also perfected her baking skills at Levain Bakery in Manhattan.

Finally, Pat, the brother, is a schoolteacher and farmer in Homes County, Ohio. Pat sells his produce at the Shaker Square farmer's market and provides his garlic and other seasonal produce to restaurateurs in Cleveland. In addition, Pat has trained under on of Cleveland's finest chefs.
